Chocolate pudding with zest

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 0.5 l of milk
  • 100g of chocolate
  • 200g of white bread
  • 100g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of vanilla, salt
  • orange (or lemon) zest
  • butter

Method of preparation:

Dissolve chocolate in the boiling milk. Then add the sugar, chopped breadcrumb, vanilla and egg yolks. Thoroughly mix. Add the beaten egg whites, salt, grated orange or lemon zest. Gently mix the mixture, pour into greased baking dish. Bake in oven at 150 C (302 F) for 20 minutes.
