Hot soup with chocolate and juice
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 0.5 l of water
- 100g of chocolate
- 0.5 l of fruit juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp of powdered sugar
- pinch of vanilla
Method of preparation:
Bring to a boil water, add the chocolate and mix. Thoroughly beat egg yolks and powdered sugar. Pour into fluffy mix some hot liquid and stir. Pour everything into pot, add juice and heat up, prevent a boil. Serve with meringue cakes or biscuits.
