Walnut fudge

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 250g of brown sugar
  • 150g of sour cream
  • 250g of walnuts
  • 1 tsp of vanilla

Method of preparation:

In a saucepan, mix sugar and sour cream, heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture into a bowl and beat with a mixer, add vanilla. Chop the nuts, add to the whipped mixture and mix. The received mixture pour into molds, cool.
