Fancier salad

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 300g stewed lamb
  • 100g of prunes (pitted)
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 200g boiled champignons
  • lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50g walnuts

Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (3%)
  • salt, ground red pepper, sugar. 

Method of preparation:

Cut lamb into small pieces. Soak prunes. Leek cut into thin slices, boiled champignons and tomatoes - into small cubes. Mix prepared ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar, add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Let it stand for 30 m. Served on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
