Delicious codfish
Ingredients:
700 g of codfish
5 tomatoes
1.5 tbsp of flour
2-3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp of vegetable oil

Method of preparation:
Fillet of codfish to cut on portioned pieces, season with salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Scald the tomatoes, peel, cut into quarters, put in the pan, where codfish was cooked, season with salt and pepper, add the garlic, that was passed through a press, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Then add the codfish pieces and mix.
