Mousse with shrimps

Ingredients:

     200 grams of ship milk cheese
     300 grams of peeled shrimps
     150 grams of cream
     1 lemon
     20 grams of gelatin
     2-3 drops of Tabasco sauce
     2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro


Method of preparation:

Soak the gelatin in six times number of cold boiled water to swell.
Remove the zest from the lemon in the form of shavings, then cut it and squeeze the juice. Chop the shrimps and mix with cilantro, lemon juice and marinate for 30 minutes.Mash the cheese and mix with shrimps. Shake until fluffy mass, gradually adding the cream.Prepared gelatin put in a sieve, then shoot forth in a water bath. Pour the resulting jelly curd, add the sauce and shake 1-2 minutes.Pour the mousse into molds and refrigerate until gelation. 
Serving. Put mousse on a plate, place an zest and herbs.
