Fish rissoles

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 750 g fish fillets
  • 100 g white bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 250 g surimi
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • spices

Method of preparaion:

Soak bread in milk. Fish fillets cut into pieces, mix with bread and then mince. The mass dilute with a milk, that left from soaking the bread, salt, pepper and carefully mix. The obtained mince divided into parts, roll them out cakes, sprinkle chopped herbs and place inside mince 1 crab stick (or half). Make the rissoles an oval shape. Dunk in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and fry in a hot pan. The pan must be greased with butter.
