Holiday squids
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 500g squid
- 1 carrot
- 3 onions
- 250ml of sour cream
- some flour
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparaion:
Clean the squid, lightly beat off, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry in oil until golden. Clean the onions and the carrots. In the oil, that remained after frying squid, fry separately grated carrots and onion rings. In a deep pan put layers pieces of fried calamari, vegetables, cover them with sour cream and simmer under the hood for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
