Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 500g of squid
  • 3 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 onion
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 100ml of soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of vinegar (3%)

Method of preparaion:

Sesame fry in a pan without oil until golden. Onion cut into half rings, sweet pepper - into strips, tomatoes - into small pieces. Cleaned squid cut into rings, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden, add the sliced ​​peppers and cook more 5 minutes. Then add the chopped garlic, tomatoes, soy sauce, vinegar, and bring mix to boil, stirring periodically. In a separate pan to fry squid on vegetable oil for 2 minutes. The cooked squid pour onion sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and simmer all for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
