Baked fish with sour cream sauce with mushrooms
Ingredients (8 Servings):
- 1kg of fresh fish
- 100g of flour
- 100g of margarine
- 150g of fried mushrooms
- 150g of fried onions
- 5-6 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 500ml sour cream sauce
- 50g butter
- salt
- ground black pepper
Method of
preparaion:
- Wash fish, cut into portions, make on the surface of the skin 2 incision. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, roll in flour and fry in a pan with margarine both sides until golden. Boil potatoes in their jackets, then peel and cut into slices.
- In a greased ovenproof form pour some sour cream sauce, then put there the pieces of fish, and around the potato slices. Cover the fish fried onions, fried mushrooms and slices of boiled egg. Pour sour cream sauce and the melted butter.
- Bake in the oven at 180C (360 F) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with chopped greens.
