Fish bread

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 500g of fish fillets
  • 300g of cottage cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 2 or 3 cooked carrots
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 50g butter
  • Salt

Method of preparaion:

Mince the fish fillet, add the grated cheese. Finely chop the onion, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Boiled carrots rub on a small grater. Prepared vegetables to add to the minced fish, sprinkle with salt and mix thoroughly. The mix put into a greased ovenproof form and pour with the melted butter. Bake in the oven at 180 C (360 F) for 20 minutes. Ready fish bread cut into portions. Served with vegetables.
