Fried fish with rosemary, garlic and sage
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 700-800g white fish fillets
- 75g of flour
- 2 tsp of minced rosemary
- 2 tsp of sage
- freshly ground black pepper
- vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
Method of preparation:
Mix flour, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper. Roll portioned pieces of fish in the mixture. In a skillet heat the vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) and fry the fish pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side. Fish out onto a plate. In a skillet add the butter and passed through a press the garlic. Pieces of fish fry with garlic until cooked (4-5 minutes on each side). Serve with vegetables.
