Cod liver salad recipe
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 350g of cod liver
- 150g green peas
- 3 eggs
- 100g of onions
- 100g of boiled potatoes
- lemon
- greens
Method of preparation:
Cod liver, boiled eggs, boiled potatoes cut into cubes, add green peas, chopped onions and mix well. Salad put in a salad bowl, squeeze the lemon juice to taste, garnish with greens.
