Apple dessert
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1kg of apples
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 cup of dry white wine
- 2 cups of water
- cinnamon to taste
- cloves to taste
Method of preparaion:
Peel the apples and cut out the core, cut on 2-6 pieces (depending on size of the apples). Pour with water the apples, add sugar, cinnamon, cloves and cook until softened apples (be careful, don't boil soft). Then pull out the apples and put into cups. In the syrup add zest of 1 lemon, bring to boil, boil until 2 cups and strain. Add juice of 1 lemon, dry wine and bring to a boil. Pour with received syrup the apples. Served chilled.
