Fruit berry dessert

Ingredients (4 servings):      500g of fresh fruits and assorted berries (apples, plums, pears, cherries)     1l of water     1 cup of sugar     1.5-2 g of citric acid    Method of preparaion:

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 500g of fresh fruits and assorted berries (apples, plums, pears, cherries)
  • 1l of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1.5-2 g of citric acid

Method of preparaion:

Add sugar and citric acid to water, bring to a boil. Peel apples (or other fruits, remove seeds), cut into small slices and drop immediately  in boiling syrup. Cook apples or pears for 7-10 minutes until soft (for berries - just bring to a boil). If you do berries and apples, add the berries at the end of cooking. Serve chilled drink.
