Chicken little

Ingredients (2 Servings):

  • 160g shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1/2 small pear
  • Alfalfa sprouts

Method of preparation:

Combine 80g shredded cooked chicken and 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Spread over 1 slice of toast. Top with 1/4 small pear, sliced; alfalfa sprouts; and another slice of bread. Cut in half.
