Chops squid

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 800g of squid fillet
  • 1 egg
  • bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Cut the cleaned squids along into 2 parts. Pounding each part with a mallet, make some cross-cuts across the surface. Lightly beat the egg with a fork. Prepared squid sprinkle with pepper and salt, dip in egg, crumb and fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on both sides. Serve with tomato sauce.
