Fish rolls

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 600g of fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp of mustard
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 150ml of dry white wine
  • olive oil
  • greens (parsley, dill, basil)
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fish fillets into long portioned pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix mayonnaise with mustard, add chopped herbs (parsley, dill, basil), chopped zest of half lemon and mix. Grease with the obtained sauce half of prepared fillets. 
  2. Roll up, fix with toothpicks, put in the greased with olive oil baking dish. Grease from above with the rest of sauce. 
  3. Mix dry white wine with lemon juice, heat up over medium and pour with the warm sauce the prepared rolls. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 C (360 F).
