Fish with garlic sauce

500g of fish fillets     juice of 1 lemon     3 cloves of garlic     3 tbsp of vegetable oil     1 tbsp of olive oil     1 tsp of coriander     salt and pepper  Method of preparation:  Prepare the fish fillet, pour with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and leave for 30 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, fry the chopped garlic until golden and put in a warm place. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan and fry the prepared fish fillets until cooked. Lay out the fish on warm plates, sprinkle each slice with garlic butter, sprinkle with coriander to taste.
