Fish with garlic sauce
Ingredients (2 Servings):
- 500g of fish fillets
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of coriander
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Prepare the fish fillet, pour with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and leave for 30 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, fry the chopped garlic until golden and put in a warm place. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan and fry the prepared fish fillets until cooked. Lay out the fish on warm plates, sprinkle each slice with garlic butter, sprinkle with coriander to taste.
