Curd pudding with raisins

    500g of curd     50g of semolina     100ml of water     100g of sugar     3 eggs     100g raisins     50g of nuts     50g of butter     vanilla sugar     30g of dried bread     150g cream    Method of preparaion:  In hot water stirring boil semolina, add the vanilla sugar. Beat egg yolks and sugar, mix with curd. Then add the cooled cooked semolina, softened butter, raisins and chopped nuts (to taste). Thoroughly mix. Beat the egg whites until thick foam and gradually put into the prepared mix (before baking). The prepared mix put into a greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs baking dish. Top of pudding grease with sour cream and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C (360 F). Cooked pudding cool in the form  for 10 -15 minutes, then remove it from the dish and cut into portions pieces. Served warm with jam, fruit, or with sour cream.
