Healthy compote

Ingredients (3 Liters):

  • 200g of dried fruits
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3l of water 
  • 1g of citric acid

 

Method of preparation:

Thoroughly rinse dried fruits in warm water. Then pour with the boiling water and add sugar, citric acid. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat and leave to infuse for 1-1.5 hours. Then again bring to a boil and leave to infuse overnight (8-12 hours).
