Curd with honey

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 500g of curd
  • 150g of cream (30-33%)
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 100g of butter
  • 100g of honey
  • 1 tbsp of sugar

Method of preparation:

Beat egg yolks and sugar, add honey, beat again. Then add the softened butter and cream, mix. Add the grated through a sieve cheese. Thoroughly mix and grind. Cool. Garnish with fruit to taste.
