Dutch sauce recipe

Dutch sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • lemon juice
  • salt and sugar to taste

Method of preparation:

Stir the yolks in the salted water, heat on the water bath adding pieces of butter. Stir until getting homogeneous mixture, then add the lemon juice and sugar.
