Farmer sauce
Ingredients:
- 150ml of light mayonnaise
- 50ml of low-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp of apple vinegar
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of mustard
- 50g of grated carrot
- fresh parsley
- dried celery
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- pinch of onion powder
- ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
Shake up the mayonnaise with the sour cream, add the vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated carrots, chopped parsley, a pinch of dried celery and mix well. Then add ground black pepper to taste, sugar and onion powder, mix well.
