Fish casserole recipe
Ingredients (8 servings):
- 1kg of fish fillets
- juice of a half lemon
- 200ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 50g of wheat flour
- 100g butter
Method of preparaion:
Cut the fish fillets into portions pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Prepared pieces of fish put in the greased with butter fireproof shape. Mix the milk, eggs and flour, mix well. Prepared fish pour with the egg mix, pour with the melted butter. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C (360 F).
