Spicy fish baked with egg
Ingredients (8 servings):
- 1kg of fish fillets
- 100g of wheat flour
- 100g of lard
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 5 eggs
- 100g of grated cheese
Method of preparaion:
Fish fillets cut into portions, salt, roll in flour and sprinkle with crushed cumin. Fry on the hot pan with melted lard for 10-15 minutes. Then lay out the pieces of fish in a greased ovenproof form. Grate cheese, mix with beaten eggs and pour with it the fish. Bake in the oven at 180 C (360 F) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with potatoes, rice or vegetables.
