Grilled salmon with citrus

Ingredients (8 servings):

  • 8 slices of salmon
  • 2 tbsp of orange juice
  • 100g of cream (33%)
  • 250ml of vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp of grated horseradish
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparaion:

Prepared slices of fish sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fry the fish slices in a pan with oil on both sides. 

 

Sauce: 

Add in broth the cream, bring to a boil, then add the grated  horseradish, lemon juice (1 tablespoon), sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add the orange juice.

Cooked fish is served with sauce and salad.
