Fish with sour cream and brandy

Ingredients (1 Serving):

  • One carcass of fish (carp, crucian)
  • 400g of sour cream
  • 100ml of brandy
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • white pepper

Method of preparation:

Rub the fish with salt and pepper. On heated pan pour oil to completely cover the bottom, put the fish and fry on both sides for 10 minutes. Then pour the brandy into the pan and immediately set fire (flame will be high), then remove from heat and wait until the fire is out. Then transfer the fish back on the stove, add a little water and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then add the sour cream and simmer until cooked fish (15-20 minutes).
