1) Lay sliced sausage into a fan form. In the lower third part fix the fan with toothpick. This is wing of the butterfly. We need four.
Two slices of sausage roll into two tubules.
2) Collect figure as follows: to tubule-torso on one side attach the workpiece of lower wing, and then above - the workpiece of upper wing.
 
3) In the same sequence attach the workpiece of wings on the other side.
4) Second tubule cut into rings. Make of them eyes, antennae and decorations for the wings.
5) Place on lettuce leaves, garnish with berries or slices of vegetables.
