Trout stuffed with leeks

Ingredients (1 Serving):

  • 1 carcass of trout
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 50g of pickled ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:
White part of the leek finely chopped, chop the ginger, wash the lemon, grate the zest. Mix prepared ingredients. Clean the carcass of trout, delete the bones, stuff with mix, sprinkle with lemon juice. Then rub with olive oil. Transfer to a fireproof shape and bake in oven at 200 C (390 F) for 15-25 minutes.
