Grouper fish ragout recipe

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 400g fillet of grouper fish
  • 150g of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200g champignons
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparaion:

Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the chopped bacon. Onion, pepper, tomato, mushrooms and garlic - grossly chop, add to the bacon, stew for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cut the grouper fish fillet into portions pieces and separately fry for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer prepared grouper on vegetables and stew more 5-6 minutes.
