Salmon in foil with miso

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 500-600g of salmon fillet
  • 3 tbsp of sake
  • 1.5 tbsp of miso
  • 1.5 tsp of sugar
  • 1.5 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 stem of leek
  • 350g of fresh asparagus
  • 3 tsp of fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp of roasted sesame
  • vegetable oil and salt

Method of preparation:

Coat the ovenproof baking dish with a foil and lightly grease with oil. Cut the asparagus into slices and mix with 2 tsp of ginger and sesame seeds, sprinkle with salt to taste and put on the foil. Put above slices of salmon. Mix sake, miso, sugar and lemon juice, add chopped white part of the leek and 1 tsp of grated ginger. Thoroughly mix and put on the salmon. Cover the form with a foil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 C (390 F).
