Fish fillet with sauce

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 1kg fillet of any fish
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1 celery root
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 tbsp of cucumber pickle
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of fish broth (water)
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Roots and peeled cucumber cut into slices, pour with the fish broth (or water), add the chopped onion, pepper, cucumber pickle, and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Put the fish fillet in a saucepan, pour on half with the broth with roots, salt, add the bay leaf, tomato paste, cover and cook over low heat for 15-25 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
