Lemon scomber

Ingredients (1 Serving):

  • 1 fresh scomber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • greens
  • lemon sauce for fish

Method of preparation:

Wash the fish, peel and rubbed with salt and pepper, make deep cuts. Clean the onion, cut into half-rings. Wash tomato and lemon, cut into half rings. Put alternating in the each cut slices of lemon, tomato and onion. Spread with mayonnaise the prepared fish on all sides, put on the foil, sprinkle with chopped greens. Wrap fish in the foil and roast in the oven at 200 C (390 F) for 30-35 minutes. Then deploy the  foil and bake more for 10-15 minutes.
