Marmalade from baked apples

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of apples
  • 1.2-1.5kg of sugar
  • 100g of butter

Method of preparation:

Bake apples in oven until soft, then rub through a sieve. Add sugar, butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour with the mixture the molds and wait until harden. Preveat oven to 100 C (210 F). The harden marmalade pull out from the molds, as necessary cut into desired pieces. Put in the oven with opened door to dry out. Cooked marmalade sprinkle with powdered sugar.
