Meat pate with bacon

Ingredients:

  • 200g of bacon
  • 400g of minced pork
  • 400g of chicken liver
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable oil, salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Chopp chicken liver. Lightly beat eggs. Peel onion and garlic, chop and fry in oil for 7-10 minutes. Mix minced pork, chicken liver, fried onion and garlic, eggs. Cut bacon into slices. In deep baking dish put the slices of bacon to cover the bottom and a sides. The prepared mince put on the bacon, cover with slices of bacon from above. Cover the dish with a foil and bake in the oven in a water bath at 180 C (360 F) for 1.5 hours. Drain the formed fat. Cool.
