Meat mousse
Ingredients:
- 100g of pork
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- vegetable oil
- butter
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- salt, peas pepper and bay leaf
Method of preparation:
Cut pork into small pieces, boil until tender in salted water, with peas pepper and bay leaf. Peel carrots and onions, cut into small pieces, stew in vegetable oil until soft. Chop chilled pork and vegetables in a blender, add mayonnaise and softened butter to taste, blend until mousse consistency. Cool.
