Potatoes with seafood
Ingredients (8 Servings):
- 4-5 potatoes
- 400g of salmon fillet
- 300g of purified squid
- 300g of purified shrimp
- 250g of cream (20%)
- vegetable oil
- 3-5 cloves of garlic
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- lemon
Method of preparation:
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and fry in oil until cooked. Put in a greased baking dish. Cut the squid into rings and fry for 3 minutes. Put on the potatoes. Cut the salmon fillet on large chunks and fry in oil until half-cooked and put on the squid rings. Peeled shrimps slightly fry in a pan. Peel the garlic and pass through the press, mix with shrimps. Season with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put on the salmon fillet. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and with pepper to taste, pour with cream. Bake in the oven at 200 C (390 F) for 20 minutes.
