Fish with vegetables
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 2 sole fillets
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- cherry tomatoes
- vegetable oil
- cheese
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Cut sole fillets on portions pieces (even number), sprinkle with salt and pepper. Clean the onion, cut into slices. Clean the carrot, grate and stew with chopped onion in butter. Grate the cheese. Put on the foil 1 piece of fish fillet, from above put the steamed vegetables, cherry tomatoes (2-3 per serving), sprinkle with grated cheese, spread with mayonnaise and cover with other fish fillet. Wrap the foil, tie by thread (if necessary). Bake in the oven at 180 C (360 F) for 40 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Serve as a cold appetizer.
