Spicy salmon
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 300g of salmon
- 300g of celery root
- 1 lemon
- 200g of shrimp
- soy sauce
- sesame
- cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation:
Peel celery root and cut into slices. Fry in oil in a pan. Cooked celery sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Clean the salmon, cut on layers, fry in oil for 7-10 minutes. Then dip each piece in soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Clean the shrimps, cut along and fry in oil. Mix the soy sauce and olive oil, pour over the dish. Put layers on a plate celery, pieces of fish and shrimps. Grate the cheese, put it on the parchment, place in microwave oven. Decorate with prepared grids.
Sauce to taste:
Mix mayonnaise, sesame, mustard and a little honey.
