Sea bass with mushrooms

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 600 g fillet of sea bass
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 2 onions
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tbs parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs of flour
  • salt
  • pepper

 

Method of preparation:

Fish fillets cut on portioned pieces, salt and pepper. Mushrooms fry in oil, add tomato pulp (without peel), chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10-15 minutes.Fish fillet season with prepared mixture, roll up and fix by toothpicks. Beat the eggs, moisten each fish roll, to roll in breadcrumbs. The prepared fish-rolls fry in oil until tender fish. Serve with wine.
