Trout with ham
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 4 trouts (300 g each)
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 100g of ham
- 2 cloves of garlic
- parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Method of preparaion:
Peel the fish, season with salt and pepper inside and out. Fry the trout in hot oil until meat will be separating from the bones. Cooked fish transfer on a plate, cover, put in warm place. Fry in hot oil the bacon and the minced garlic, constantly stirring until lightly browned. Then add the chopped parsley, add the lemon juice and stew for 5-7 minutes. Serve the trout with the prepared sauce.
