Fish rissoles

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 800g of fish fillet
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 75ml of vegetable oil
  • 200ml of milk
  • 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
  • greens

Method of preparaion:

Сut the fish fillet into pieces, add chopped onion, grated carrot and all mince. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add the eggs and mix. Add the milk and chopped greens, stir until homogeneous mixture. Make balls from the prepared mince. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
