Shrimp salad with pineapple

Ingredients (2 Servings):

  • 200g shrimps
  • 2-3 slices pineapple
  • 75g iceberg lettuce
  • pinch of ground red pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste 

Method of preparation:

Cut fresh or canned pineapple into slices. Chop iceberg lettuce and put in a salad bowl. Boil shrimps and peel. Mix together pineapple, iceberg lettuce and shrimps. Sprinkle red pepper. Add olive oil and Worcestershire sauce.
