Bean pate recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g white dry beans
  • 180ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 100g onion
  • 50g sesame
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Soak beans for 6-8 hours in cold water. Then change water and cook until tender. Chop onion and lightly fry in oil. Mix together beans and onion and mix well with a blender. Make a sesame powder with a blender and add to beans. Add the olive oil and continue to mix until you get consistency of paste. Rub garlic in a mortar with salt. Add rubbed garlic and lemon juice into beans paste, mix well.
