Ingredients:

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt and ground pepper to taste 

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Fry onion and garlic until soft in vegetable oil. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry for 8-10 minutes. Pour the wine, give to evaporate, remove the pan from heat. Chop all cooked and cooled ingredients, add chopped thyme and rosemary, cream cheese and mix well.
