Fish in nut sauce

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 500 g of sea fish
  • some flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup of walnut
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • greens
  • wine vinegar
  • salt

Method of preparaion:

Clean the fish, cut into portions, roll in flour and fry both sides in oil. Drizzle cooked fish with tomatoes paste and bring to a boil, then pour in walnut sauce, boil for 3 min. Then remove from heat. Serving with sauce.

Nut sauce: 

crushed walnuts, grated on a fine grater garlic, chopped herbs and salt, diluted with cold boiled water, add vinegar to taste.
