Beef and olives salad
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 100g boiled beef
- 100g olives, pitted
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 boiled carrot
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
- lettuce leaves
- green onions
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
Cut boiled meat into small pieces and stuff olives. Peel eggs and cut into cubes. Peel carrot peel and grate. Chop green onion. Put on lettuce leaves stuffed olives, eggs, carrots, grated cheese, green onion and season mayonnaise.
