How to decorate cookies

Ingredients:

  • few eggs
  • 500g powdered sugar
  • dyestuff
  • edible silver balls
 

Method of preparation:

 

Liquid frosting:

Separate egg white and egg yolk. Add powdered sugar 200g. and mix. Wipe through a sieve.

 

Thick frosting:

Separate egg white and egg yolk. Add powdered sugar 280g. and mix. Wipe through a sieve.

Fill half cooking syringe. Use thick frosting to cover the edges of the rim and wait until solidifying. Then use liquid frosting to cover inside and shake, so that the surface becomes shiny and smooth. Use sharp object to make a tracery.

Colored sugar:

Mix sugar and dyestuff. Shake well.

Use edible silver balls for decorating.
