Salmon pate
Ingredients:
- 500g salmon fillet
- 150ml dry white wine
- 200g softened butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut fish into large cubes. Pour wine into a saucepan and bring to a boil, put the fish into wine and bring to a boil again, cook on low heat for 7 minutes. Cool. Transfer cooked fish and half liquid to a blender, add 2/3 butter, olive oil, salt and mix until it turns into a thick paste. Transfer to suitable dish and put in refrigerator.
- Mix together the remaining softened butter and chopped dill. Sprinkle with a pepper and spread the dill butter over cooled pate, cool again.
